The Leaderboard gives you a detailed view of your team's performance in managing opportunities and securing deals. It provides a clear way to compare agents, showing their names, rankings, and total accumulated points.
Navigate to the Reporting section of your account and select the Agent Report tab from the upper panel. Here you can view the Agent Leaderboard.
Key Features
Filter
The filtering option lets you sort agents by opportunity ownership or success in converting opportunities into sales. Selecting the Most Won Opportunities filter lets you quickly identify the agent with the highest number of successful deals, while selecting Most Opportunities lets you see who has the highest number of leads.
Rank
This column shows the position of each agent within the team, giving a clear picture of where they stand relative to their peers.
Agent Name
The Agent Name column shows the full names of team members, making it easy to identify and associate performance metrics with the right person.
Points
The Points column shows the accumulated scores for each agent, reflecting their contributions and overall impact on team success.
Using this tool, you can get useful insight into how effective each team member is and foster a results-driven environment.
