The Conversions segment of Agent Reporting gives you a detailed view of your pipelines, with insights into potential opportunities and where they are in the process.

Head to the Reporting section of your account, then click the Agent Report tab. The Conversions panel will be clearly visible, where you can review key metrics.

Filters

To view data for particular users, analyse performance across different periods, and/or compare metrics for multiple users, use the filters in the upper panel.

Selecting a Pipeline

The dropdown menu gives you a full list of all the pipelines you have created in the system. Selecting a specific pipeline will show detailed stats and insights into how that pipeline is performing, broken down by stage.

Stages

Each stage shows the total number of opportunities that have reached that level in your selected pipeline. For example, if Stage 1 is labelled "Confirmed", you can see the count of opportunities currently in that stage, as well as the percentage change over the selected period.

Using this information, you can make data-driven decisions, optimise where you focus your efforts, and improve overall sales performance. Use these insights to spot trends, track progress, and work towards your sales goals with greater precision.
