The Agent Report gives you a central place to monitor and evaluate what your team members are doing. It provides a detailed view of key metrics, including opportunities, conversions, SMS and email campaigns, leaderboard standings, call metrics, and overall efficiency. Analysing this data helps you understand how productive and effective each team member is, so you can make better decisions and improve performance across your team.
Head to the Reporting section of your account, then click "Agent Report" on the upper panel.
Key Features
User
The User dropdown lets you select a specific team member from the list. Once chosen, you can look at their performance metrics in detail for a focused view of individual contributions.
Date Range
The calendar lets you filter data by a specific time frame. Select your date range and confirm with the green checkmark button to view metrics for that period.
Comparing Reports
For a deeper look, you can compare data from two different time ranges, such as the current month versus the previous month. This helps you spot trends and understand how performance changes over time.
Fetching User Report
Click the Fetch button to update the report with the latest statistics for the selected user. This keeps your analysis up to date so you're always working with current data.
Reporting Dashboard Overview
- Opportunities: View the number of opportunities the selected user has handled, including converted customers, disqualified leads, and lost opportunities. Percentages are also displayed for a clearer understanding of performance.
- Conversions: Analyse the leads managed by the user across different pipelines and their respective stages.
- SMS: Review statistics related to SMS campaigns run by the user.
- Email: Examine metrics for email campaigns run by the selected user.
- Leaderboard: Compare the user's performance against other team members.
- Call Metrics: Get detailed insights into calling activity, including manual, automated, and dialler calls, as well as incoming call data.
- Efficiency: Evaluate the overall performance of the user, including productivity and impact.
