Open the Agent Reporting section, then scroll to the Efficiency section to find this feature.
Filters
To view data for specific users, review performance across different time periods, or compare metrics across multiple users, use the filters in the upper panel.

Key Metrics
Total Sales Value
This metric shows the total revenue an agent has generated, giving you a clear picture of their contribution to the business.
Average Sales Duration
Shows the average time an agent takes to convert a lead into a paying customer, giving you a sense of how efficiently they close deals.
Sales Velocity
Tracks how quickly prospects move through the sales pipeline and convert to revenue. This reflects the overall health and productivity of an agent's sales process, and helps identify where things might be slowing down.
