When you and your team interact with clients, keeping everyone in the loop is key. Activity Cards make sure your team is aware of major actions and events, so nobody has to switch between different sections to stay informed. These cards let you edit and manage appointments, contact preferences, and more, all without leaving the conversation. Here's a rundown of where you'll see Activity Cards in action.
Appointments
Whenever an appointment is created, rescheduled, or cancelled, an Activity Card appears in the conversation panel. This keeps your schedule visible without needing to jump between screens. Click the card to edit appointment details while staying in the conversation panel.

Invoices
An Activity Card appears when an invoice is sent to a contact or when payment is received. Clicking the card opens a new tab with the full invoice details.

Do Not Disturb (DND)
Activity Cards notify you as soon as a contact is marked as Do Not Disturb or removed from the DND list. These cards give you a clear view of the contact's preferences, so you always know the best way to communicate with them.

Contact Fields
When a contact shares their information, the corresponding contact field is updated automatically. You can see when an automatic update was made by checking for these cards, and click them to view more detail if needed.

Opportunities
Activity Cards for opportunities appear as soon as a new opportunity is created, updated, or deleted. This keeps you informed about potential leads straight away. Click the card to make changes in real time, without navigating elsewhere.
