The Submissions section within Surveys lets you store and organise all responses from your surveys. You can review collected data, generate reports, and remove anything you no longer need.

Navigate to the Survey Submissions section within the Sites tab to begin.

Alternatively, to view submissions for a specific survey, open the builder, click the form, and use the top bar options.

Downloading Submission Data

Click the Export button to download a copy of your survey submission data. Once you confirm the export, a download link will be generated and sent to your email within 5 minutes. Please note that this link will expire after 7 days.

Filter by Survey

From the All Survey dropdown, select a particular survey whose submissions you'd like to view. Alternatively, keep the "All Survey" option selected to see all survey submissions.

Viewing Submissions by Date Range

To filter survey submissions by a specific time frame, click the date bar in the upper-right corner of the page. You can choose from preset options or set a custom date range. Once selected, click Confirm to update the submissions list for that period.

Refreshing Survey Data

To show the most current data, click the refresh icon next to the date range selector. This keeps your survey data up to date.

Searching for Submissions

To find a specific submission, use the search bar at the top of the page. You can search by customer name, phone number, or email address to quickly locate the entry you need.

Managing Columns Displayed

Select the Manage Columns option to control which columns appear in the Submissions table.

You can select, deselect, and reorder columns to view data in the order you prefer.

Once you've finalised the columns and their order, click Apply to save your changes. The Submissions table will refresh to reflect your preferences.

Survey Submission Table

The Survey Submission Table shows all submissions for a selected survey, or all surveys if none is specified. Key details such as the respondent's name, email, and submission date are shown for each entry unless you've adjusted the columns.

Adjust the width of each column by dragging the edges.

Viewing Submission Details

Click the expand icon to view an individual submission. Select an entry from the list to see the full submission details on the right-hand side.

Click the download icon to download that submission in PDF format.

Managing Submissions

You can select individual or multiple submissions by ticking the boxes next to each entry.

  • Downloading Submissions: To download an individual submission, click the download icon once the entry is selected. You can also download all selected submissions as a .csv file, which is handy for keeping in your records.
  • Deleting Submissions: To delete selected submissions, click the delete icon. Please note that once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

These features let you manage and analyse survey submissions efficiently, giving you full control over your survey data.
