Cart abandonment is a common occurrence, and whilst it's not ideal, it's a good opportunity to re-engage interested customers and encourage them to complete their purchase. The Shopping Cart element lets you simplify this process by pulling abandoned products from your Shopify store, complete with details and pricing, directly into your email.
Using The Shopping Cart Element.
To start, navigate to the email builder and drag the Shopping Cart element into place
Editing The Shopping Cart Element

You can find the customisation options to your left. Use this menu to add visual appeal and make your emails more engaging. The options will be:

- Font: This allows you to modify the font type and size.
- Text Color: To modify the colours of the product description and title.
- Background Color: To modify the background colour of the Shopping Cart.
When you use templates containing this element, the products will auto-populate from the customer's abandoned Shopify cart.
