Logos are important for branding and email marketing, helping you create a professional and recognisable presence in your email campaigns. The Email Builder's Logo Element lets you add your company logo to emails, keeping your brand consistent across all communications.

To add a Logo Element, click the "+" option and drag and drop the Logo element into the email builder interface. Once added, you can customise the logo's appearance and behaviour using the available editing options.

Edit Options

  • Logo: Upload an image file to use as the logo from the media storage or create an AI image. The supported formats include JPG, PNG, and GIF. Use the pencil icon to add a new logo and the trash icon to delete.
  • Link To: Choose whether the logo should be clickable and where it should redirect users. Select the custom values icon to allow dynamic URL assignments, making it easy to update links automatically without manual changes.
  • Alt Text: Enter alternative text for the logo image. This text appears if the image fails to load and is also helpful for screen readers, improving accessibility. With the custom values icon, the alt-text can be dynamically adjusted to match different recipients, enhancing personalisation.
  • Link: The Link field lets you add a dynamic URL to the logo using custom field data, enabling recipients to be redirected when they click the logo. Use the Custom values icon to enable logos to have dynamic URLs that adapt automatically based on user data, allowing for personalised redirections without constant manual updates.
  • Width & Height: Adjust the logo's dimensions to fit within the email layout. You can set specific values in pixels or use auto-sizing to maintain the aspect ratio.
  • Block Background Colour: Choose a background colour for the logo block to match your email's design. You can use a hex code or select from the colour picker.
  • Align: Set the alignment of the logo within the email. Options include: Left, Center, Right, and Full.
  • Padding: Adjust the spacing around the logo to ensure proper placement within the email. Padding values can be customised for the top, bottom, left, and right sides individually.

Visibility

  • Visible In: Control where the logo appears by choosing specific device types: Desktop, Mobile, or Both.
  • Conditional Sending: This option allows users to personalise emails based on the recipient's custom field data.

This element helps you maintain brand consistency in your email campaigns while offering customisation options for size, alignment, links, and visibility. By using these settings, you can ensure that your logo enhances your email design without disrupting the overall layout.
