The Review Received Trigger lets you fully automate your review management, from filtering to responding, giving you more customer interactions and better efficiency. Here's how to use it.
Create a new workflow or edit an existing one in Draft.

Click + Add New Trigger and select New Review Received.

Click Add Filters to narrow down when the trigger fires. There are three main filters:
- Is Review Spam: Separates reviews the system has flagged as spam from those it hasn't.
- Review Rating: Filters reviews based on whether their rating is equal to, greater than, or less than a number you choose.
- Review Source: Filters reviews by the page they came from, which is particularly useful if you manage multiple branches or review pages.

You can mix and match these filters as needed. If you don't set any here, you can use them as conditions in your If/Else actions instead.

That's it. The trigger takes the manual work out of review management, helping you respond quickly, make customers feel valued, and build a strong online reputation.
