When managing your rentals, a few key settings can completely change how your clients experience the booking process. The Global Settings tab is where you control all of this, letting you configure settings that apply across all your listings. There are four sections to work through.

Booking Settings

Configure availability, booking behaviour, and scheduling rules for your business.

Business Operating Hours

Set your working days and hours here to define when your business is available.

Date-Specific Hours

Override your standard business hours by marking specific dates as available or unavailable.

Additional Settings

  1. Timezone: Select the timezone you use to set your availability and create bookings.
  2. Slot Interval: Set the gap between the start times of consecutive available slots.
  3. Auto-confirm Bookings: Toggle this off if you want to review all bookings manually.
  4. Away Mode: Ideal for team holidays or general maintenance, this temporarily disables all new bookings.
  5. Enable Multi-item Cart: Turn this on to allow multi-product bookings. Without it, customers can only book one listing at a time.

Booking Page

Configure all your booking page customisations from this section.

Booking Page Navigation Bar Preview

Here you can preview and configure your Navigation Bar. It includes the Company Logo (1), where you can select or upload an image, and the Company Name (2) that will appear on the booking page.

Customisations

Personalise your booking page with a primary and background colour, button text, themes, and more.

Forms

Set your preferences for collecting customer information during bookings:

  1. Select form: If you want to use a form you've created to capture customer data, select it here.
  2. Sticky Contacts: This remembers customer information using browser cookies and pre-populates your form fields with it.
  3. Consent Checkbox: Enable this to require clients to give consent for you to use their information and contact them.

Confirmation Page

Configure what appears on the final page after a successful booking.

Payment Settings

Set up and manage your payment options here.

Payment Mode

Switch between test mode to simulate transactions and live mode to accept real payments during bookings.

Currency

Choose the currency for your listings. This is what customers will see on the booking page.

Require Payment at Booking

Enable this to collect payment during the booking process.

Enable Security Deposits

Enable this if you want to request a security deposit, and choose how it's collected: either at checkout or by keeping a card on file to charge later.

Notifications

Configure your email and in-app notifications.
