The Note Added trigger fires a workflow whenever a note is attached to a contact. It lets you automate specific actions or responses, keeping your team in the loop about important updates and making contact management more efficient.
To set it up, click 'Add New Workflow Trigger' and choose 'Note Added' from the 'Choose a Workflow Trigger' dropdown.

All Filters
You can filter the trigger by clicking the Add Filters button.

Doesn't Have a Tag
Selecting the "Doesn't Have Tag" filter means the workflow will ONLY fire when you add a note to a contact that doesn't have the tag you specify in the filter area.

Has Tag
Selecting the "has tag" filter means the workflow will only fire when a note is added to a contact who has the specified tag.

When you're happy with your filters, click Save Trigger.

That's it. Add any actions you'd like the workflow to run, click Save at the top right to keep your changes, and switch the workflow to Publish when you're ready to go live.
📌Note: You need a workflow trigger and action to PUBLISH workflows. Without both, you can only save the workflow and not publish it.
