The Messaging Ramp Progress Card gives you a clear view of your SMS messaging limits and where you are in the progression. It shows you exactly what to do to unlock higher messaging levels, step by step.

You can access the Messaging Ramp Progress Card by heading to the Messaging tab inside the Phone System section of your account settings and selecting the Messaging Limit option.

Messaging Ramp Overview

The Messaging Ramp Progress Card gives you a visual breakdown of your messaging levels:

  1. Current Level: Shows your current status and what you need to do to move forward (e.g., "Unlock Level 2 by sending 250 messages by Jan 10, 2025").
  2. Future Levels: Shows the messaging capabilities available at higher levels.

Upgrade Process

These prompts guide you through each step of the ramp-up process:

  1. Send Current Limit: Meet your current daily messaging limit to progress to the next level.
  2. Temporary Block Notification: After reaching your daily limit, a 24-hour block applies as part of the ramp-up process.
  3. Unlock the Next Level: Once you meet the ramp-up requirements, your daily SMS limit increases.

Monitor Your Dynamic Messaging Experience

Once you reach Level 8, the card shows a congratulatory message and guidance to contact your owner/admin for further upgrades. The Messaging Limit Card and the Messaging Ramp Progress Card are both available to help with account management and keep your progression on track.
