Locate the Listings Overview by clicking the Listings tab within Reputation.

In the upper right-hand section of the screen, you will see a button to create an entity. Click it to manage listings across multiple business locations.

After adding entities, the dashboard will display a comprehensive summary including the total number of entities, their assigned categories, and the associated publishers. In the "Your Account" section, you'll first find the Online Presence widget. This tool highlights social media platforms that haven't been fully configured for your entities, making it easy to spot any gaps in your online presence. It also gives you a convenient option to link and configure these platforms directly, so you can build a more complete digital profile.

Next, you will find the Incomplete Business Data widget. This tool shows you how many of your entities are missing essential social media information. Completing these details helps ensure that potential leads can easily discover and connect with your business across platforms.

The Suggestions widget lets you review and apply recommended changes to improve your business listings. These suggestions are based on updates submitted by publishers, keeping your information accurate and up to date across platforms.

Finally, the To-Do List provides a concise summary of key actionable insights, helping you prioritise tasks that can strengthen your business's online presence. Each item includes a brief explanation of its importance, so you understand the impact of addressing these suggestions.
