The Business Hours feature inside Listings gives you full control over how your operating schedule appears across supported directories. Whether you operate traditional hours, split shifts, 24-hour service, or an online-only model, you can configure your schedule to reflect how your business actually runs.

How to Configure Business Hours

Navigate to your Business Listing and locate the Business Hours section within Business Details.

Choose the appropriate schedule type:

Split – Add multiple intervals

This is ideal for businesses that close for lunch, operate morning and evening shifts, or run staggered service windows.

For Example:

Monday

  • 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Each interval is clearly displayed, ensuring customers know exactly when you are available.

24-Hour Operations

For businesses that operate around the clock, simply mark a day as 24 Hours.

This is particularly useful for:

  • Emergency services
  • Hospitality operations
  • 24/7 support teams

No manual time entry is required; just select the option and publish.

Open – Single continuous hours

Set single continuous hours (e.g., 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Closed – Mark as closed

Mark specific days as closed to signal your unavailability.

Always Open (No Set Hours)

Some businesses don't operate on fixed time windows. If you provide:

  • Online services
  • Automated digital products
  • Flexible, appointment-based scheduling

You can enable the "Business open without set hours" option.

This clearly communicates availability without displaying structured time blocks.

Copy to All Days

To streamline setup, use Copy to All to replicate a day's hours across the entire week.

This is especially helpful if:

  • Your hours remain consistent daily
  • You are setting up a new listing
  • You are performing bulk updates

It reduces repetitive data entry and minimises configuration errors.

Your updates will sync across supported integrations.

Availability and Integrations

This functionality is supported for listings connected through:

  • Yext
  • Uberall

It is available immediately for all users of the Listings product.
