The undo and redo feature lets you move through your editing history, with up to 20 steps to backtrack or advance. It saves you from having to fix things manually, so you can revert or reapply changes quickly and get on with things.
Using Undo and Redo
Navigate to your Forms or Survey Builder tab.
Create or edit a form/survey and edit it as normal.
You'll find the undo and redo buttons in the top right corner, under the Integrate button. To undo an action, click the undo button. Each click takes you one step back, up to 20 actions.
To redo an action, click the redo button. This moves you one step forward through your action history, following an undo.
There you go; now you can make mistakes with confidence. Use this feature to revert changes, recover accidentally deleted details, or experiment with your design using the undo and redo functions.
Troubleshooting and FAQs
Q: What if I need to undo more than 20 actions?
A: The current limit is set to 20 actions to balance performance and functionality. For extensive edits, we recommend saving your work periodically to avoid losing progress.
Q: Can I use keyboard shortcuts for undo and redo?
A: At this moment, undo and redo actions need to be performed using the on-screen buttons. Keyboard shortcuts are a potential future enhancement.
