Motivating people to donate or subscribe is hard, but once you've moved them to complete that first step, it's much easier to keep the cash flowing if you give them the option to set up an automated recurring payment. Doing so with your Forms & Surveys is straightforward using the Collect Payment element. Here's how.

Using The Recurring Payment Option

Start by heading to the builder of your Forms or Surveys tab and editing or creating a new entry.

Once inside the builder, add the Collect Payment element.

Click the element to open its settings.

Scroll down to the Payment Fields and toggle Recurring Payments on.

Set the frequencies you want donors to be able to select by checking or unchecking the box next to each one.

Add any other elements you need, save your changes, and you're done. Your form or survey can now handle repeat payments automatically, saving you time and helping you build consistent, reliable donation support.
