Snippets are a cost-effective way to manage your WhatsApp messaging. By creating and saving them as templates, you can quickly send common responses, promotional messages, or other frequently used content. You can also customise snippets with dynamic content like Custom Values and Trigger Links to personalise each message, keeping your communication efficient and consistent.
How It Works
Access Templates (Snippets)
Start by opening the Conversations section from your account dashboard. Then select the "Snippets" option. This is where you manage and create your message snippets for quick access during conversations.
Add a New Snippet
Click "New Snippet" and choose "Add Text Snippet" to start composing your new message snippet. Here you can create a reusable template suited to your specific communication needs.
Insert Snippets in Conversations
When you're ready to use a snippet in a conversation, go to the Conversations tab and select the "WhatsApp" channel within the relevant record. From there you can insert snippets directly into your message.
Select and Send
Choose the snippet you want, and it will populate into your message field.
You can then add more text to the message or send it straight away by clicking "Send."
With snippets in your toolkit, you can craft, save, and send messages quickly while keeping your WhatsApp communications consistent.
