The Social Planner helps you keep a more active presence on social media, and one of the most useful tools for that is Recurring Post scheduling. This feature lets you schedule posts at your preferred frequency, whether daily, monthly, or yearly, and customise specific days, date ranges, and post times to suit your needs.
How to Use This Feature?
Navigate to the Social Planner inside the Marketing section. Click the "+ New Post" Button and select the "Create New Post" option.

Select the social media channels you want to post to and create your post as usual. Once you're happy with your post, choose the "Recurring Post" option.

Set the posting details:
- The frequency at which you want the post to be repeated.
- The time the post will go live.
- A Date Range in which to post the content.

If you choose a weekly, monthly, or yearly publishing frequency, an additional field will appear prompting you to provide further scheduling details.
- For weekly schedules, specify the day of the week on which the post should be published.
- For monthly schedules, select the specific day of the month for publication.
- For yearly schedules, indicate both the month and the day the post should be published.

Once those fields are filled, click the blue button to schedule your recurring post.

Editing Options
In the list and calendar view, click the three dots next to a post to access the edit option.

This lets you edit that post independently without affecting the others.

In the Content view, you can edit all posts at once by clicking the three-dot icon of any post in that series.

You'll know you're editing all posts because you'll see the entire span of your recurring posts rather than a specific date.

📌Note: Please follow platform guidelines for recurring and automated posts. Staying aware of platform policies and audience engagement is the best way to keep your content relevant and avoid it being flagged as repetitive.
Now you know how to use this feature, you can start planning long-term content strategies with ease, keeping your brand in front of your audience without constant manual effort. Seasonal offers, anniversary and holiday posts, and reminders about recurring events are all perfect use cases.
