The CRM keeps all your information organised and centralised in one place so nothing slips through the cracks. If you already had a store outside the system, or were managing your products and inventory manually, moving that data across can feel like a big job.
This guide walks you and your team through importing everything in one go. To start, go to the Products tab inside the Payments section.
Next, click Import as a CSV.
Click Download sample CSV to download a reference file you can use when building your spreadsheet. If you already have a file, make sure it's saved as a CSV with the correct formatting.
The system will import any information within these fields:
Inventory VariablesShipping VariablesProduct LabelTrack Inventory - True/ FalseAllow out-of-stock purchases -True/FalseAvailable quantity - numberSKUWeight value - numberWeight unit - Kg, g, lb, Oz(Non-case sensitive)Dimension Length - numberDimension Width - numberDimension Height - numberDimension unit - cm, m, in (Non-case sensitive)Enable Product label (True/ False)Product label contentStart date and time - ISO FormatEnd date and time - ISO FormatSEO TitleSEO Description
When your file is ready, click to upload and select it from your device, then click Upload and Preview.
The first product in the list will be used to show you a preview of how your products will appear in the system. If you're happy with it, click Import Products to continue.
The import takes a moment, and a popup will appear so you can keep track of the progress.
You should now see your products listed individually under the Products page. If so, you're done. No more adding products one by one; you can import large lists whenever you need to.
