The Products Tab in Stores gives you full control over product visibility in a selected store. You can include or exclude products from specific stores and set their priority, making it simpler to manage your inventory.

To view product details for a specific store, go to the "Stores" tab, select the store you want to review, then click "Products" to see the detailed data for that store's products.

By default, all products are shown. You can filter the view to display only included or excluded products for a more focused look.

Quickly find products by entering their Product Name in the Search bar.

Filters

Filter products by Collections to view and manage items grouped under specific categories.

Bulk Actions

Use Bulk Actions to update the publishing status of multiple products at once. Select all products or pick specific ones from the list, then choose whether they should be included or excluded from the store.

Products Table

The products table shows the following information:

  1. Product Name: The unique identifier assigned to the product.
  2. Product Type: Indicates whether the product is physical or digital.
  3. Updated: The date when the product was last modified. Click the arrow to sort in ascending or descending order.
  4. Publishing: Shows whether the product is included or excluded from the store.
  5. Display Priority: Allows you to assign whole number values to each product to determine its display priority. Lower values represent higher priority, meaning the product will appear earlier in the list.

The Products Tab in Stores gives you a practical way to manage product visibility and keep your inventory organised. With filtering, bulk actions, and search, you can quickly update and arrange your store's product listings.

✍️Important Notes

  • When the "Include in Online Store" option is disabled, the product will not be available for inclusion or exclusion in any store.
  • New stores will inherit product visibility based on the status of the "Include in Online Store" setting.
  • Visit product pages for editing by clicking on specific products in this section.
  • Products with lower Display Priority values are shown first. If multiple products share the same priority, they are sorted alphabetically (A–Z).
  • The "Featured" sorting option in the Product List element follows the priority logic and is set as the default for newly created stores.
  • Regardless of priority, out-of-stock products will always appear at the end of the list.
