A good way to measure how much your learners are taking in from your Courses is by testing them with quizzes. Their results are available inside the system, but if you need to extract them for further analysis, here's how to download your Assessment Results as a CSV file.
Permission Requisists
To protect confidential information, only certain users can see the Export option. Make sure you're an instructor or sub-account admin before starting. If not, the Export option won't be visible.
Exporting Assessments
Navigate to the Memberships section and select Analytics from the Courses dropdown menu.
Click View underneath Assestments to open that section.
This will show you the results of all quizzes. Click Products or Results to filter the assessments.
Once you've filtered your results as needed, click "Export" to start the download.
A success notification will appear when the export starts. The file downloads as a CSV to your desktop, and only the data currently visible in the UI is exported.
If your export exceeds 500 rows, you'll receive an email with a secure download link valid for 24 hours.
That's it. This makes it straightforward to access your data and analyse performance independently, so you can review, report, and iterate based on what the system tells you.
