What it does for you
Puts your name, address and branding from the CRM on the emails, invoices and booking pages your customers see.
Steps
- Open Settings, then Business Profile.
- Add your business name, address, phone number, website and email exactly as you want customers to see them.
- Upload your logo. A square or wide image on a plain or transparent background works best.
- Set your brand colours if you have them.
- Save, then send yourself a test email and open a booking page to see how it looks.
You'll know it worked when
- Your logo and details show in Business Profile.
- A test email carries your name and address in the footer.
- Your booking page shows your logo.
Common snags
- Emails still look plain. Branding on emails also depends on the template and sending domain. Check the template header, and see the email article for the domain steps.
- The logo looks blurry or cut off. Use a larger file and a simple layout, and avoid tiny text inside the image.
- You do not have a logo yet. That is fine. Skip it for now and add it later, as your name and details are the important part.
- Your address differs from your official records. Phone number checks compare the two, so keep them the same.
