The Facebook Ads Reporting section within the Reporting tab lets you access and analyse your campaign data without logging into Facebook. It lets you track performance metrics such as impressions, traffic, and audience engagement.

Sample Data & Integration Settings

Initially, you may see sample data. To access live Facebook Ads data, connect your Facebook account and make sure data syncing is turned on.

Submit Feedback

If you spot discrepancies between the dashboard and your Facebook Ads account, use the Submit Feedback button. This opens a sidebar where you can write a message, add a subject, and attach files to describe the issue. Click the green Send Message button once you've completed the form.

Selecting Date Range

Filter your data by selecting a date range for the most relevant and accurate analysis. Use the calendar selector in the top-right corner, select your date range, and confirm with the green checkmark to update the data.

Campaign Reporting Features

The Campaign Reporting tab helps you monitor traffic, leads, and overall campaign effectiveness. Key features include:

Impressions

View how many times your ads were displayed over a selected date range. This data is shown visually, so you can spot daily, weekly, or monthly trends.

Clicks

Analyse the number of users who clicked on your ad after seeing it. Clicks are shown visually based on your chosen date range.

Conversions

Monitor how many users completed the action defined by your campaign's objective. This metric includes a visual breakdown by day, week, or month.

Campaign Data Insights

This section shows statistics for the selected date range. Metrics include:

  1. Client Spend: Total budget spent on ads.
  2. Average CPC: Average cost per click.
  3. Cost Per Conversion: Average cost to generate a conversion.

Campaign Data Table

Dig into individual campaign performance in the campaign table. Each row includes key metrics such as Campaign name, status, clicks, cost, revenue, ROI, impressions, CPC, leads, and CPL.

Quickly locate a specific campaign by typing its name. Campaigns that don't match will be hidden, refining your view.

Columns

Customise which metrics are shown by enabling or disabling specific columns, keeping your focus on what's most relevant.
