This is customer-facing CRM content (email campaign reporting), so I'll rewrite it in NotLuck house style.

Email Reporting

The Email section gives you a detailed breakdown of email campaign performance for individual agents or users. This includes key metrics such as the total number of emails sent and percentages for Sent, Opened, Clicked, and Replied rates. These insights help you evaluate how effectively your team's email campaigns are performing, giving you a clear picture of their impact on communication and outreach.

📌Note: The statistics exclude automated emails, including those sent through workflows.

Navigate to the Reporting section of your account and select the Agent Report tab. Scroll down to find the Email card.

Filters

To view data for particular users, analyse performance across different periods, and/or compare metrics for multiple users, use the filters on the upper panel.

For detailed guidance on how to use these filters, refer to the overview of the Agent Reporting tab.

Email Campaign Metrics

Sent

The Sent row shows both the total number and percentage of emails sent by the user during the specified period.

Opened

The Opened row displays the total count and percentage of emails successfully opened by recipients, giving you a sense of how effectively the email content captures attention.

Clicked

The Clicked row shows the number and proportion of recipients who interacted with the email by clicking embedded links, reflecting the level of engagement with the content.

Replied

The Replied row shows the total number and percentage of responses received from recipients, indicating how well the email campaign is prompting two-way communication.

By reviewing the metrics in the Email section, you can get a clear picture of how email campaigns are performing for individual users, helping you spot what's working and where there's room to improve.
