Hashtags are a simple way to improve content visibility and reach more of the right people on social media. The Social Planner lets you create and save hashtag groups, so you can apply a consistent set of hashtags without typing them out each time.

Crafting Hashtag Groups

Navigate to the Social Planner tab inside the Marketing section, click + New Post then select "Create New Post" to get started.

Inside the post interface, click the # symbol to open a pop-up where you can create a new hashtag group.

Add a name for the group so you can identify it quickly.

Type each hashtag you want to include and hit enter to add it to the set.

You can include multiple hashtags, up to a maximum of 30 per post.

Click 'Save and Apply' to save the hashtag group.

Applying The Hashtag Group

Once your hashtag group is saved, you can use it whenever you create a new post. Follow the same steps as before to open the post-creation interface.

Click the hashtag icon to open the pop-up window.

Select the hashtag group's name from the drop-down menu, then click apply to add the hashtags to your post.

Hashtag groups keep your content creation process consistent and save time. With your hashtags organised into groups, it's easy to maintain a coherent presence across your social channels.
