Creating a Subscription Product

Navigate to the Products tab in the Payments section and click the product you wish to update, or create a new subscription product.

In the Pricing section, make sure the Recurring Payment type is selected and configured to suit your product.

Fill in each section to suit your requirements, then save the product.

Creating a Coupon

Head to the Coupons tab and click "+Create Coupon".

Alternatively, click the three dots next to an active coupon to edit it.

Complete the required fields, including the coupon name, code, and start date, then define the limitations by selecting or deselecting the relevant options at the bottom.

Enable the option to apply the coupon to recurring payments so the discount is automatically applied each billing period, removing the need for manual intervention and keeping savings consistent for your customers.

Select the duration of the discount. If you choose Multiple Months, enter the total number of months you want the coupon to run for.

You can also limit the coupon to a specific subscription product by enabling that option and selecting the product from the dropdown.

Once you're happy with all the settings, click Create to finalise your coupon.

Applying a Coupon to an Order Form

With your product and coupon created, head to the Funnel you want to update and add the subscription product to the relevant funnel step from the Products tab.

Return to the Funnel Step Overview to add an order form to the step. Toggle the "Enable Coupon Codes" option and save the funnel.

Viewing Applied Coupons

To see the coupon in action, select the Orders tab from the Payments navigation menu after an order has been placed. Click the three dots next to the relevant order, then View Order.

The order details will show the applied coupon.

You can also go to the Subscriptions tab, click the three dots next to the relevant subscription, and select View Subscription to see the coupon in the subscription details.
