Personal Calendars let you organise your day while keeping meetings close and familiar, which helps with communication and trust overall. It's a straightforward calendar design for one-on-one meetings, virtual or in-person.
Round Robin
Round-robin calendars distribute appointments across several team members, ensuring the booking passes to whoever is available if someone is busy. Users are placed in a rotation and assigned to appointments in sequence. If you have a team taking meetings and want to spread them equally, this is the calendar for you.
Class Booking
Class Calendars are designed for one-to-many events where multiple invitees can attend a single booking. They're ideal for webinars, workshops, training sessions, and sports events. In a Class Calendar, there can only be one appointment owner, typically the trainer or host. You can set the number of spots per slot, up to a maximum of 9,999 attendees, though meeting location limitations do apply.
Collective Booking
Collective Booking lets you schedule meetings involving multiple team members at once. It pulls together individual team members' availability into a shared calendar, allowing for unified scheduling. It's well suited to collaborative situations like sales calls, technical support, or group interviews.
