In affiliate marketing, an affiliate promotes a campaign by sharing their unique affiliate link with potential customers. When a sale is made through their link, the affiliate earns a commission. You benefit from the sale too, making it a win for both sides.
To start adding affiliates, go to the Marketing section and open the Affiliates tab from the Affiliate Manager dropdown.
Date Range
Use the date filter to show affiliates by the date they joined. This is useful for tracking campaign progress across specific periods, reviewing how well your recruitment is working, and targeting communications or incentives based on how long someone has been an affiliate.
Export
Download your affiliate list for offline access using the Export button.
Add
Manually add new affiliates to your programme. You can invite individuals or businesses to join your affiliate network so they can promote your products or services in exchange for commissions.
Search
Type a name into the search field to filter the results and find the affiliate you're looking for.
Filters
Filter affiliates by the campaigns they've joined or their current status. Click "Apply" after making your selections.
Affiliate Table
The Affiliate table shows all your affiliates, whether added manually or via automation. You can see their name and status, the campaigns they're enrolled in, and key metrics including the number of customers, leads, and sub-affiliates attributed to them, plus the revenue generated.
Affiliate Actions
Select affiliates from the list to mark them as inactive or add them to a workflow in bulk. Pick individuals manually or use the checkbox at the top to select all at once.
Click the three dots next to an affiliate to edit their details, mark them as active or inactive, reassign contact IDs, and more.
