Managing affiliate participation across multiple campaigns can be time-consuming, particularly when working with large affiliate lists. Quick Campaign Actions lets you add or remove affiliates from campaigns directly from the Affiliate List Page, without navigating through multiple menus. This cuts down on manual effort and makes it easier to adjust campaign participation in real time.
Adding an Affiliate to a Campaign
To quickly assign an affiliate to a campaign, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Affiliate Manager, then open the Affiliate List Page.

Locate the affiliate you want, click the three-dot menu next to their name, and select Campaign Actions.

Click Add to Campaign from the Actions menu.

In the pop-up window, choose the campaign you want to assign the affiliate to, then click "Add Affiliate" to apply the changes.

Removing an Affiliate from a Campaign
To remove an affiliate from a campaign, go to the Affiliate List Page and click the three-dot menu next to their name.

Select Remove from Campaign from the Action options.

Choose the campaign you want to remove them from, then click "Remove Affiliate" to finalise the removal.

Moving an Affiliate from a Campaign
To move an affiliate to a different campaign, click the three-dot menu next to their name and select Campaign Actions.

Select Move to Campaign from the dropdown options.

First, select the campaign the contact is currently in, then select the campaign you want them moved to, and click Next to continue.

Choose whether future commissions from referred customers should stay attributed to the original campaign or be attributed to the campaign the affiliate is moved to.

Toggle the welcome email option as needed, then click Move Affiliate.
