Affiliate marketing is a cost-effective way to grow brand awareness, loyalty, and recognition. Having a clear process in place helps increase profit and makes onboarding smoother. The Affiliate Created Trigger lets you kick off a workflow as soon as an affiliate is added to the CRM.

Adding Your Trigger

You'll find this trigger in the Affiliate section of your workflow triggers. To add it, click "+ Add New Trigger" and select it.

Workflow Trigger Name

Update the name that will be displayed in the builder.

Narrowing The Reach

Use filters to define which contacts get added to the workflow. Click "+ Add Filters" to set your criteria.

This trigger only works with Custom Fields. Open the drop-down menu and search for the fields you want from the lists.

When you're happy with your selections, click "Save Trigger".

Add your actions as normal, then save your workflow. This trigger lets you reach out to affiliates the moment they're added to the CRM, making communications smoother and improving your onboarding and affiliate campaign returns.
