Advanced Call Reporting Filters let you narrow down your call data using a range of criteria, including source type, keywords, campaigns, landing pages, referrers, and more. Using these filters gives you a clearer picture of your call data, helps you spot patterns, and supports better decisions around your marketing and customer service.

Click the Filters button in the upper right corner of the Call Report tab to get started.

Source and Campaign

Identify where your calls are coming from by specifying the source or campaign that generated them. This helps you filter your data precisely and understand which marketing channels are driving your call traffic.

Source Type

Filter your call data by source type to classify calls according to the medium or platform where they originated. This helps you identify your highest-performing channels and focus your resources where they have the most impact.

Qualified Callers

Distinguish between qualified and unqualified callers using the Qualified Lead toggle. This keeps your analysis focused on the interactions most likely to convert.

First-Time Callers

Enable the First Timer filter to look exclusively at first-time callers. This is useful for understanding how well your initial outreach is landing and tracking responses from new leads.

Call Status

Filter calls by status, such as answered, missed, failed, or busy, to focus your analysis and identify areas where call handling could be improved.

Device Type

Filter calls by the type of device used, including mobile phones, desktops, or tablets. This gives you a better understanding of user behaviour and preferences, so you can tailor your marketing and support to different platforms.

Duration

Set a call duration to filter your results. Entering "90 seconds", for example, will show calls lasting 90 seconds or longer. This helps you gauge the quality and depth of customer conversations.

Keywords

If you've assigned keywords to contacts, use them as a filter to quickly find and group contacts with a shared attribute. This makes it easier to organise your contacts and communicate with the right people.

Campaign

Filter call data by UTM campaign parameters to see how individual campaigns are performing. This gives you practical insight into your marketing efforts and helps you refine your approach.

Landing Page

Filter calls by their originating landing page to find out which pages are generating the most calls and engagement. This is helpful for improving your website's conversion paths.

Referrer

Filter by referrer to see which external sources are sending calls your way and assess how well your referral partnerships are working. This lets you focus on the sources that are performing best.

Use these filters to get a clearer view of your call performance and make better-informed decisions.
