Like Sticky Notes, Comments are a useful tool for keeping your team aligned on different parts of a workflow. The key difference is that while Sticky Notes are displayed prominently within the builder, Comments are accessible through the left panel or via the icon above an action. Each comment is also tagged with the user's initials, so team members can easily see who left each message.
Using Comments is straightforward. In the Advanced Workflow Builder, click the Workflow Comments icon on the taskbar to view, add, or manage comments.

Within this section, you can access both general workflow notes and notes linked to specific actions, each displayed in its own area.

To add a general comment, enter your message in the Workflow Note section. Keep your message clear, concise, and relevant to the workflow, and bear in mind the character limit.

Adding a note to a specific action takes a couple of extra steps. Hover over the action you want, click the three-dot icon, select Notes, write your message, then click Send to save it.

Once added, your comments will be visible to all users, either in the Comments section or by clicking the icon above the action.
📌Note: Workflow Comments display key details such as "Created by," "Updated by," "Created on," and "Edited on," so you can track who made changes and when. Hover over a user's initials to see their full name.

By making good use of Comments, teams can keep communication clear, add context where it's needed, and make sure everyone stays on the same page throughout the workflow.
