The Voicemail action lets you send pre-recorded voicemail messages directly to your contacts, adding a personal touch to your automated workflows. It's a straightforward way to communicate important messages efficiently and professionally.

Assign User Action

Start by adding the "Assign To User" action to the workflow. This directs calls to the assigned user's phone number. From here, you can select the user or user(s) you'd like to assign to the workflow actions.
