The Transactions tab in the Payments section gives you a central place to review all sales processed through the tools available in the CRM. It offers a detailed view of each transaction, including dates, amounts, and the associated customer details. Whether sales come from invoices, payment links, or integrations like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Stripe, the Transactions tab pulls it all together in one place.
Navigate to the Payments tab, then select the Transactions option to begin.
Import as CSV
Record offline transactions by importing them as a CSV file. This helps you keep your cash flows organised and your books balanced.
Date Range
The Date Range filter lets you specify a timeframe for viewing transactions. Choose a custom date range from the calendar dropdown to refine your results, making it easier to analyse transactions over specific periods.
Search
Find a transaction quickly by typing a few characters of the customer's name or email address.
Filters
Use the Status, Payment Mode, or Source Type filters to narrow down transactions to what you need.
Export
Select this option to export the transactions list for offline access. Whoever triggers the export will receive an email with a secure download link.
Transactions Table
Customer
This column displays the name of the contact associated with the transaction.
Provider
View the payment integration used for the transaction in this column.
Source
Shows the specific funnel, store, calendar, or other medium from which the transaction originated.
Transaction Date
This column displays the date and time the status of the transaction was last updated based on the account timezone.
Amount
The cost of the products purchased can be viewed here.
Status
The Status column shows the outcome of each transaction, whether it completed successfully, failed, or was refunded.
Actions Menu
Click the three dots associated with each transaction to view full transaction details or issue a refund.
Using the filters, search, and detailed transaction data in the Transactions tab, you can keep accurate financial records and get a clear picture of your payment activity.
