TikTok is a great way to reach people and get them engaging with your business. Audiences love getting a response back, but keeping on top of comments can be a lot to manage. Workflows make it much easier to respond to that engagement. Here's how to set it up.
Prerequisites
To use the CRM tools for TikTok comment management, you'll need to connect your account first. Go to the Integrations section inside your account settings and click Connect under the TikTok logo.

If you see a ( ! ) icon next to the integration after connecting, click Manage Accounts.

Toggle the option under Enable Messaging on.

Once connected properly, incoming TikTok messages will appear directly in your Conversations Inbox.
Setting Up Automations
To build an automation that responds to your reel comments, head to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section and create a new workflow.

Click Add New Trigger and select the trigger "TikTok Comment(s) on a Reel."

To respond to comments from a specific video, click + Add Filter, select "Account is," and choose your desired account.

Click + Add Filter again, select "Post Type is," and select "Published."

Click + Add Filter one last time, select "Post is," and pick your desired post.

Click Save Trigger once you've set your filters.

Click the plus sign icon to add an action and select "Reply in Comment."

Add your responses by typing them in the response box. There will be one by default, but you can add more if needed.

Once you've added all your responses, click Save Action.

Add any other actions you need, then publish your workflow to start using it.
