Automated charges are central to recurring purchases and subscription-based services. For customers who use Stripe as their main payment method, this feature lets you charge a specified amount directly to their account.

To begin, click the + icon and choose Stripe One Time Charge.

Actions for Stripe One-Time Charge

Fill in the fields below when setting up the Stripe payment action.

  1. Action Name: Enter a name for this action.
  2. Stripe Customer ID: Enter the customer's Stripe ID to make sure the payment request goes to the right contact.
  3. Description: Add a short note about the contact and the payment you're collecting. This helps other users understand what the action is for.
  4. Amount: Enter the amount you want to charge the contact.
  5. Currency: Select your preferred currency.

Once you've filled in the required fields, click "Save Action". Your workflow will now be able to charge customers directly through Stripe.
