Smart Lists save your filter and sorting preferences in Appointments, so you don't have to reapply them every time you access your data. This makes it quick and easy to pull up the specific information you need. Alongside the default options, you can create custom Smart Lists based on criteria that matter to you, such as appointment types, particular users, or the date an appointment was created.

To get started, select the Smart List option from the Appointments section in your account. A modal will open where you can enter the details needed to set up your Smart List.

Name

Give your Smart List a descriptive name so it's easy to identify at a glance.

Advanced Filters

Use the Advanced Filters section to narrow down your list.

The available filters include Calendar, User, Status, Date Added, Start Date, Created By, and Is Rescheduled.

Use the "And" operator to add another requirement to a chosen filter, or add an entirely separate filter.

These filters let you tailor your Smart List further, so you can find and manage the appointments that meet your criteria efficiently.

Select the "Apply" button to save your configuration.

Sort By

The Sort By section lets you order appointments by the date they were added or by their start date.

Select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu, then choose the order you'd like contacts to appear in using the Ascending/Descending dropdown.

Once you've set your sorting preferences, click the Apply button at the lower right-hand corner of the page.

Columns

The Columns section lets you choose which columns appear in your appointment list and rearrange them to suit your preferences.

By default, the Title column is enabled and appears first in the table. You can add or remove columns to tailor the view to your needs and keep the most relevant information front and centre.

Select the "Apply" button to save your configuration.

When you're happy with your selections, click the Save as New button to save your customised Smart List.

Once saved, the new Smart List will appear as a tab alongside the default ones. Each time you click on it, your configured filters will be applied automatically, showing you the relevant appointments based on your chosen settings.

Smart Lists in Appointments help you stay organised and on top of your schedule without having to set up your filters from scratch each time.
