Collecting reviews is one of the best ways to understand how your customers feel and keep improving what you offer. You can automate this process in the CRM by adding a Send Review Request action to any workflow. Follow the steps below to get it set up.

Start by navigating to the workflow you want to update in Automation > Workflows. Make sure you have a trigger in place, then click the "+" icon and select the Send Review Request option.

Action Name

If needed, you can update the name of the action to better describe what it does.

Review Type

Review requests can be sent via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Pick your preferred method from the dropdown. If you'd like to use more than one method, add separate review request actions and follow each with a wait step.

📌 Note: Make sure your review request message is configured in the Reputation Settings section so it says exactly what you need.

If you have more than one connected page that can receive reviews, use the "Override Review Link" option to direct requests to a specific one.

Once you're happy with the action, click "Save Action" to add it to your workflow, then save the workflow to keep your changes.

With this set up, you can reliably gather reviews from your contacts and use that feedback to improve how you work. Don't forget to configure your review request message in Reputation Settings to get the most from your requests.
