The Live Chat Widget lets you interact with customers on your website without leaving the page. One of the best reasons for customers to use this channel is getting an immediate response, and you can set that up with a simple automation. Here's how.

How It Works

Go to the workflow builder and click the plus icon to add a new action. Select "Send Live Chat Message" from the Communication section.

Type your message as normal. You can personalise it using Custom Values (1), links (2), or images (3) from the options at the top.

When you're happy with your message, click "Save Action."

Add any other actions you need and publish the workflow. You can now engage customers with preset messages without any manual effort, cutting down response times and keeping conversations going through the Chat Widget.
