This guide covers the Reviews section within the Payments tab. Managing customer reviews well helps boost engagement, build credibility, and give buyers the information they need to make confident purchasing decisions across your product catalogue.
Go to Payments > Products and open the Reviews section to get started.
Date Range
Set a custom start and end date to narrow reviews to a specific period. This makes it easy to look at recent feedback, spot seasonal trends, or focus on a timeframe that matters to you right now.
Sort and Filter
Narrow your review list further by choosing filters, such as a store location, product, or rating. Click Apply to confirm your selections and ensure only the relevant reviews are shown.
Pending
The Pending tab shows reviews that are waiting to be approved, unapproved, or deleted.
Author
Shows the customer's name and email associated with the review. You can verify their purchase by searching their name or email in the Transactions tab.
Review Details
Shows the review headline along with the customer's written feedback.
Rating
Shows each customer's star rating. Use the arrow next to the column header to sort ratings in ascending or descending order.
Date & Time
Shows the date and time each review was submitted, in your account timezone.
Product & Store Name
Shows the product name and the store where the review was submitted.
Actions
The Action Menu dropdown lets you approve, unapprove, reply to, or move a review to the trash. Approving, unapproving, or trashing a review moves it to the relevant tab. Reviews that are only replied to stay in the Pending tab.
Approved
This tab shows all reviews that have been approved.

Actions
The Action Menu dropdown lets you unapprove, reply to, or move a review to the trash. Unapproving or trashing a review moves it to the relevant tab. Reviews that are only replied to stay in the Approved tab.
Unapproved
The Unapproved tab lists all reviews that have been marked as unapproved.

Actions
The Action Menu dropdown lets you approve the review or move it to the trash. Either action moves it to the relevant tab.
Trash
This section shows all discarded reviews.

Actions
The Action Menu dropdown lets you approve, unapprove, or permanently delete a review. Approving or unapproving moves it to the relevant tab. Selecting Delete Permanently removes the review from your account and cannot be undone.
