The Products tab in the Payments section of the CRM lets you manage all your product listings, whether you're uploading them via CSV, importing them from Stripe, or creating new products from scratch. It's a straightforward way to handle your offerings, make purchasing easier for your clients, and keep an organised view of everything you sell.

Products Overview

To access this, hover over the products drop-down menu and click on Products.

Import Products as CSV

You can quickly import a bulk list of products by selecting the Import as CSV option. This is handy if you already have products in another system or spreadsheet and want to bring them across without creating each one manually.

Import Products From Stripe

If you use Stripe for payments, you can import your existing products directly from Stripe into the CRM. This removes the need for manual entry and keeps your Stripe products in sync with the CRM.

Create a Product

To add a new product manually, click the + Create Product button.

Search For Products

Use the Search bar to find a specific product. Type in the product name and the system will display matching results, so you can locate products quickly without scrolling through long lists.

Filters

This option lets you narrow down the results shown.

You can filter results based on the Collection (1) they're included in, their visibility in your stores (2), or where the product originally came from (3).

Products Table

The Products Table gives a clear overview of all your added products. It shows the main product image (1), its name (2), product type (3), and the last time the product was updated (4).

Bulk Actions

To apply changes to multiple products at once, tick the boxes next to the products.

This will make the Bulk Action dropdown appear, from which you can manage all selected products at once.

Quick Actions

From the Products Table, you can manage your products by clicking the three-dot icon, then selecting Edit to make changes, Duplicate to copy the product, or Delete to remove a product if it's no longer needed.

Whether you're importing existing products, creating new ones from scratch, or editing current listings, the Products section in the CRM is designed to simplify how you manage and organise your offerings, keeping everything up-to-date and easy to find.
