The Resend Emails to Unopened feature lets you re-engage contacts who didn't open your initial email. By sending a follow-up to those recipients, you can improve visibility, boost open rates, and drive more conversions. It also includes customisation and tracking options so you can fine-tune your email marketing efforts.

Key Benefits

  1. Improved Email Engagement: Resending to contacts who haven't opened the initial email increases the chance of engagement, helping you capture more attention and potentially improve open rates.
  2. Enhanced Flexibility: You can customise resend settings such as subject lines and scheduling. Tailoring these means your emails go out at the right time with messaging that lands.
  3. Streamlined Analytics: Track and compare open rates for both the original and resent emails. These insights help you measure performance, refine your approach, and make informed decisions for future campaigns.

Practical Example

Imagine an online shop running a weekend sale campaign. After the initial send, they notice that a portion of their contact list hasn't opened the email. Using the Resend to Unopened Emails feature, the shop can send a follow-up with an updated subject line. This increases visibility, encourages clicks, and drives more traffic to their website, boosting sales.
