The Prospect Generated trigger lets you automate workflows whenever a new prospect is created within the Prospecting Tool or through embedded widgets. It handles contact creation, tagging, and engagement automatically as soon as a prospect comes in.

Adding the Prospect-Generated Trigger

To set up the trigger, navigate to the Workflow Builder, click the "Add New Trigger" button, and search and select "Prospect Generated" as the trigger event. Every new prospect will automatically enter your workflow from that point, with no manual intervention needed.

Add Filters

Click the "Add Filters" button to customise the prospect-generated trigger by choosing from the available filters.

Prospect Conversion Score

The Prospect Conversion Score filter lets you prioritise leads based on their conversion potential. It helps identify which prospects are more likely to engage and convert.

For example, if you want to focus only on high-potential leads, you can set the filter to trigger workflows for prospects with a conversion score greater than 70. This ensures your automated actions, such as follow-up emails or SMS, go to the leads with the highest probability of success.

Prospect Source

The Prospect Source filter lets you segment leads based on how they were created. Knowing the source makes it easier to run targeted automation strategies.

  • AI: Prospects generated through AI tools.
  • In-App: Prospects are created manually within the Prospecting Tool.
  • Widget: Prospects generated through embedded lead capture widgets.

For instance, if you want separate workflows for manually added leads and those coming from a website form, this filter helps you tailor your automation accordingly.

Once you've set up your filters, click "Save Trigger" to finalise your prospect-generated workflow.
