The Phone module in the mobile app is a handy way to stay connected with your contacts wherever you are. Whether you're following up on appointments, managing sales calls, or simply checking in, you can initiate calls directly from your device without any fuss.
How It Works
First, open the mobile app and log in with your account credentials. From the main dashboard, access the apps section.

Next, click the phone icon to access the dialer.

The dial pad will open by default, so you can enter the number you want to call straight away.

If you'd rather search for a contact by name, phone number, or email address, head to the Book tab. Contacts without a phone number will appear greyed out, indicating they cannot be dialled.

Alternatively, open the Recents tab to see the contacts you've interacted with recently. Both incoming and outgoing calls are listed here, making it easy to view and redial customers.

Click the information icon next to each contact to set their DND status (1), send a message, initiate a call or email, or view their details (2), and view their call history (3). You can also choose the number from which calls will be initiated using the dropdown menu (4).

While on a call, you can instantly access and schedule calendars, activate DND for the contact, take real-time notes, create and manage tasks, review or log payments, and view full profile details, all without leaving the call screen.

After the call, the Call End screen offers one-tap access to notes, calendars, tasks, tags, profiles, DND, messaging, or callbacks. This streamlined workflow reduces context switching, saves time, ensures no follow-ups are missed, and enhances customer experience through faster, more organised responses.

The Phone module gives you everything you need to manage calls efficiently and stay organised on the move. From initiating calls and accessing contact details to managing tasks and logging notes mid-call, every interaction is productive and well-documented.
