Payment notifications keep your customers in the loop at key moments in their journey, and make sure your team stays updated too. By automating these messages, you can cut down on abandoned carts, confirm completed transactions, and keep communication consistent without any manual effort.

To get started, go to Payments Settings and select the "Notifications" menu. The Customer Notifications tab opens by default, where you can manage customer-facing updates. Switch to the Team Notifications tab at any time to set up internal alerts.
