The Page View trigger lets you respond to contacts based on the specific pages they visit. You can send timely, personalised follow-ups automatically, track engagement more accurately, and spot your most active contacts, leading to more effective marketing.
Adding the Funnel/Website PageView Trigger
In the workflow builder, click "Add New Trigger" and select "Funnel/Website PageView" from the list.

Filters
Funnel/Website
Once you've selected the trigger, choose your filters, starting with the Funnel or Website. The workflow will fire when a contact visits the funnel you've chosen, based on the filters you set.

Page
You can also filter by a specific page or URL if you want the automation to trigger only when a contact visits a particular page.

Page Path
The Page Path filter lets you specify part of a URL path to activate the workflow. For example, if you want the automation to fire when a contact visits any page within a particular section of your website (e.g., /cart-page/ or /product-details-page/), define that path here. This is handy for targeting broader page groupings rather than individual URLs.

UTM Parameters
For more granular targeting, you can also filter by UTM Parameters.

📌NOTE: The "Page View Trigger" only activates if the visiting customer's details are already present on the webpage. This ensures workflow automation runs with accurate customer context and engagement data.
Once you've configured your filters, click Save Trigger in the bottom-right corner to finish.

You're all set to build workflows that respond to your clients' visits to specific funnels or websites, letting you engage with your audience in a more personal, relevant way.
