The Order Placed trigger fires when a customer places an order through your Shopify store. Use it to send internal notifications to team members, follow up with customers, and more.

To get started, click Add New Trigger then select Order Placed.

Filters

Once selected, click Add Filters to refine it. The main filter for this trigger is Cart Value.

Cart Value

The Cart Value filter lets you set a condition based on the value of the cart. For example, you can configure it to activate when the cart value is greater than $500. Start by selecting the filter.

Add an operator for the value. Your options are:

Once the filter is set, click Save trigger. You can then add any actions you'd like the workflow to carry out. Remember to click Save in the top right corner to keep your changes, and switch your workflow to Publish when you're ready to go live.
