Customising your form goes a long way to improving your results, helping you add a personal touch and make sure all settings are correct. The form builder's Settings tab has a range of settings to help you personalise your form.

Form Name
Here you can see the name you've given your form. By default, it's given a generic name. If you need to change it, the next step will show you how.

On Submit Settings
The On Submit settings determine what happens when a visitor submits the form.
- Redirect to URL: If you choose the Open URL option, the visitor will be redirected to a web page of your choice. A thank you page is recommended as it gives the visitor a positive response.
- Message: You can opt for the Message option, which lets you display a custom message of your choice when the form is submitted.
- Order Confirmation: If you're using the form to sell products or collect payments, you can select this option to display a small order confirmation once payment is completed.

Message
When using the Message option, you can write and format your message with inline styles: bold, italics, font sizes, colours, emojis, and more, all directly inside the editor.

You can customise your layout for Desktop and Mobile independently using the icon at the top right corner.

You can also customise background, font weight, padding, margin, and text box corner radius in the Message Styling section.

Preview
The preview section helps you see how your message looks against your actual background image, updated in real time as you edit.

Facebook Options
Facebook Pixel ID
If you want to track form submissions with your Facebook Pixel for analytics and advertising, enter your Facebook Pixel ID in the box provided.
If you plan to use the form in a funnel, you can skip this step as the pixel code will already be installed on the funnel page for tracking purposes.

Facebook Pixel Events
If you have entered a Facebook Pixel, you can specify the event settings for tracking and attribution.

- On-Page View: Choose what events will fire when a visitor lands on the page in which your form is embedded.
- On Form Submission: Choose what events will fire when a visitor submits your form.

Form Settings
Sticky Contact
The sticky contact feature automatically fills in your visitor's previously entered contact details, so they don't have to type them again. This saves time and effort, making it easier for visitors to engage with your site and complete actions.

Conversation on Submission
The "Create Conversation on Submission" option automatically creates a conversation thread when this form is submitted, allowing you to follow up via email, SMS, or other channels from the Conversations tab.

Timezone Capturing
This option captures the contact's time zone when they submit the form, adding it to their contact card for easier coordination and communication.

GDPR Compliance
If you're doing business in the EU and want to ensure responsible, lawful use of fonts, particularly Google Fonts, enable this option to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Fine-tune the details of your form by following these steps, and get those leads coming in.
