Accessing your Opportunities on the go works much the same as it does in your web browser. It makes it easy to stay on top of upcoming leads, interested customers, and live projects, so here's how to get started.

Viewing Opportunities

Open the mobile app and log in with your account credentials. From the main dashboard, access the apps section.

Next, tap the person icon to access your Opportunities.

Once inside, you'll see the available pipelines, which you can scroll through as normal.

Use the dropdown menu to switch between pipelines.

To filter your results, tap the funnel icon.

Select your filters, then tap Apply.

You can also sort the results by date using the sorter at the top.

If you're looking for a specific opportunity, tap the search field and enter their name, phone number, or email.

Interacting With an Opportunity

Tap the phone icon to start a call, or the message icon to open the contact's conversation.

The tag icon lets you add or remove identifiers, while the shopping bag gives you options to edit the opportunity, including adding tasks, notes, and appointments.

Tap the two-arrow icon to edit the opportunity's stage.

Then select the stage you want to move the opportunity to.

Tapping the opportunity's name will open its details for editing.

That's all there is to it. You can now manage your opportunities on the go, respond to customers quickly, and maximise the deals you close.
