Media storage lets you manage your digital assets, such as images, videos, and documents, all in one place. It gives you a centralised space to store, organise, and access your media files, so everything integrates smoothly across the tools you use. Getting familiar with how it works will help you keep a tidy library, collaborate more easily, and make the most of your content. This article walks you through the key features and some practical tips for keeping your files organised.
To get started, click on the "Media Storage" button in the left sidebar. This opens your Media Library, where you can view uploaded content, create images using Content AI, and upload new media.

Google Drive
Manage your Google Drive integration to sync files, improve media organisation, and keep your file storage centralised.

Creating an Image Using AI
Create images directly within the system by selecting this button and filling out the details. Images created using this feature will incur a fee.

Creating Folders
The New Folder button gives you a straightforward way to organise your content.

Click the New Folder button and a window will appear with a field where you can enter the name of your new folder. Give it a name that reflects its contents to make your Media Library easier to navigate.
Uploading Files
The Upload button lets you select multimedia files from your computer and upload them to the system. Click the button and a window will open giving you access to your computer's storage. Locate the files you want, select them, and once the upload is complete they'll appear in your media library ready to use.

Media Storage Actions
Click the three dots to access deleted items and check your storage usage. Keeping an eye on your usage helps you stay organised and clear out files you no longer need.

Items in the trash can be restored for up to 30 days by selecting them and clicking Restore (1), or removed permanently by clicking Delete Forever (2).

You can restore all items with the "Restore All" button.

Or delete all items permanently by clicking Empty Trash.

Filters
Filter the images displayed by file location. Items you've uploaded will be stored in the "My Media" section. You can also browse backgrounds and content from Unsplash or Pixabay by selecting the corresponding option.

Search
Use the search tab to quickly find any media file in your CRM. Locate images, audio clips, or video files in just a few clicks.

Sorting
Use the dropdown to change how your content is ordered in the library. Sort items by Name, Size, or Last Modified date.

Display
Choose between a grid or list view for your media library.

Folders
At the top of your media library you'll see a list of the folders you've created.

Files
Files that aren't in a folder will appear below the folders.

Export
To download a file to your computer, hover over it and click the downward-pointing arrow.

Actions Menu
Click the three-dot icon to access file options, including selecting the media file, viewing image previews, copying the media link, moving it to a folder, and renaming or deleting the file.

File Preview
To preview a file, simply click on its image. The preview shows key details including the upload date, file size, and specifications, along with options to download the file or copy its link.

Multi-Select Media
Select multiple files at once from the action dropdown, or by clicking and dragging across the items you want. This is useful when managing large numbers of files.

Once files are selected, you can move them to a new folder, download them, or delete them in bulk.

📌 Notes
- You can select and download up to 100 files at a time. If a file size exceeds 2 GB, it will be skipped in multi-download and has to be downloaded individually.
- When in multi-select mode, the "Rename", "Get Link", and "Preview" options will be disabled for selected files to maintain simplicity during bulk actions.
